Wild Beasts Announce Break Up

Wild Beasts are no more. The UK rock outfit announced their breakup via Twitter this morning (September 25). Though fans are in a state of shock, the band did have a good run. Their run lasted from 2002-2017, which in band years is 300. Their last release was 2016’s Boy King.

In a statement, Wild Beasts said:

“The four of us have decided, for our own reasons and in our own ways, that it is now time to leave this orbit. We’re care takers for something precious and don’t want to have it diminish as we move forward with out lives. Thank you for your love and energy.”
