Chris Stapleton & Emmylou Harris Cover Tom Petty’s “Wildflowers”

On Sunday night (January 28) Chris Stapleton and Emmylou Harris took the Grammys to pay tribute to the late Tom Petty. In a moving, stripped down duet, they sang Petty’s “Wildflowers.” You might want to get tissues before hitting play.

On Saturday night, Stapleton welcomed Sturgill Simpson for both of his performances on Saturday Night Live. The duo, along with Stapleton’s full band, performed “Midnight Train to Memphis” and “Hard Livin’” from Stapleton’s latest release, From A Room: Vol. 2.
